Productions carried out in Spain may qualify for tax deductions on eligible expenditure, pursuant to Law 27/2014 of November 27 on Corporate Income Tax, particularly Articles 36.2 and 39, and Article 45 of Royal Decree 634/2015 of July 10, which governs their application. With offices in Madrid, Bilbao and the Canary Islands, we support producers throughout the entire process, ensuring regulatory compliance and optimizing resources to maximize the tax and logistical advantages available in Spain.

Tax deductions can reach up to 45%, with additional incentives of up to 9%, within a unique tax framework that includes a reduced 4% Corporate Income Tax rate under the Canary Islands Special Zone (ZEC).

It also offers world-class production facilities, experienced crews and excellent connectivity, together with competitive tax incentives, with deductions of up to 30% on the first €1 million of eligible expenditure incurred in Spain and 25% on the remaining expenditure, subject to a maximum tax deduction of €20 million per production and €10 million per episode for audiovisual series.
